## What Exerzio Run does

- Builds plans for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, or a continuous-running time goal
- Starts from recent running and available training days
- Reads running workouts from Apple Health when the runner allows it
- Can use workouts recorded with Apple Watch, Garmin or another app when they are saved to Apple Health
- Records phone runs with GPS, pause/resume, routes, pace, and splits
- Supports manual and treadmill/no-GPS runs
- Shows Today, Plan, Runs, Progress, Strength & Mobility, and Running Tools
- Tracks running shoes and provides local widgets, reminders, and optional Apple Watch workout delivery
- Exports focused route and training cards only when the runner chooses to share

## Free and Pro

- Unlimited 5K and continuous-running plans are free
- Recording, Apple Health, plan matching, run detail, shoes, widgets, reminders, sharing, and plan export remain available without Pro
- Exerzio Run Pro adds 10K, half marathon, and marathon plans; Strength & Mobility; What if; the Training log; Apple Watch workout delivery; and plan restore
- Pro is offered as monthly, three-month, yearly, or lifetime access

## Privacy boundary

No account is needed, and Exerzio Run has no product backend. Plans and app preferences are stored locally. Apple Health remains the workout-data bridge: Run reads Health when allowed and saves only workouts recorded in Run back to Health. Location is used for an active phone recording. Sharing and backup are explicit. Purchases are handled by the App Store.

Exerzio Run is not an AI coach, medical tool, native watchOS companion, or promise of a race result. It does not advertise readiness scores, injury prevention, or scientifically guaranteed outcomes.
