Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Exerzio Run ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Exerzio Run is an iPhone training application that builds running plans, records workouts, reads permitted Apple Health data, shows training history, provides strength sessions and running tools, and supports explicit sharing. Some features require Exerzio Run Pro. Plans and app preferences are stored locally. No account is needed.

3. Apple Standard EULA and License

Exerzio Run is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms complement that agreement and do not replace it or create a separate licensing system. You may install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by Apple's Standard EULA.

You may not:

4. Your Data

Exerzio Run reads Apple Health data only after you grant permission, and saves only workouts recorded in Exerzio Run back to Apple Health. Location is used for an active phone recording. You retain ownership of your health, workout, plan, and exported data. See the Privacy Policy for the data boundary.

5. Free and Pro

Unlimited 5K plans and unlimited continuous-running or time-based plans are available without Pro. Pro adds 10K, half marathon, and marathon plans; Strength & Mobility within plans; What if; the Training log; calendar export; Apple Watch workout delivery; and plan restore.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Exerzio Run Pro is offered through Apple as auto-renewing monthly, three-month, and annual subscriptions, plus a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least as described by Apple, and payment is processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account's subscription settings. Lifetime is a non-consumable one-time purchase and does not renew.

Restore Purchases is supported. No Exerzio account is required. No introductory offer or free trial is promised at launch. The price and billing terms shown by the App Store when you buy apply to that purchase.

7. Generated Content

Share cards and other content generated by Exerzio Run are yours to use and share as you see fit. Exerzio Run does not claim ownership over content you export. You are responsible for ensuring that content you share does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Exerzio Run, Exerzio, their names, logos, designs, templates, and visual identities are the intellectual property of the Exerzio team. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets beyond personal use of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Training plans, pace guidance, predictions, and other information are not medical advice and do not guarantee a race result, fitness outcome, or injury prevention. Apple Health availability, GPS accuracy, and device capabilities can affect the information shown. Use the App at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exerzio Run and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed training, or reliance on an estimate, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
