Common checks
- Apple Health access: Open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps and Services → Exerzio Run to review access. Exerzio Run reads permitted running data and writes only workouts recorded in the app.
- Location and GPS: For phone recording, allow Location access while using the app. Location is used only while an active phone run is recording.
- Restore Purchases: Make sure you are signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, then use Restore Purchases in Exerzio Run. No Exerzio account is required.
- Apple Watch workout delivery: Compatible structured running sessions are sent to Apple’s Workout app through WorkoutKit. The feature is opt-in and requires the relevant Apple Watch and iPhone setup.
Please do not send Apple Health exports or other health information unless it is relevant to your request and you choose to share it.
