The plan

Start from where you are.

Choose a 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon or a goal to run continuously for longer. Connect Apple Health if you want recent runs to shape the starting point, choose your training days and review the first week before you begin.

The run

Run with your phone. Or don’t.

Take your iPhone when you want GPS recording, pace and splits. If you run with Apple Watch, Garmin or another app, Exerzio Run can use the workout once it is saved to Apple Health.

When the week changes, you see what changed.

Runs from Apple Health can be matched to the plan. Obvious matches are handled for you; the app asks when it is not sure. If you miss a key session, the next decision comes back for review. You can accept it or leave the plan as it is.

Progress

Useful history. No mystery score.

Look back at completed distance, long runs, sessions completed and how easier work sits beside harder days. The five-week view shows what you have done and what is coming.

You missed a key session Should the next week change?

Exerzio Run shows the proposed change and its reason. Accept it, or keep your week as it is.

Built through real training

The app I wanted for marathon training.

The plan, the run itself and the weeks leading to race day should belong together. Exerzio Run started there, and I still use my own training and races to decide what deserves a place in it.

Beyond the run

The rest of the week matters too.

Strength, shoe mileage, widgets, reminders, sharing and the calculations runners regularly need are built in alongside the plan.
