The plan
Choose a 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon or a goal to run continuously for longer. Connect Apple Health if you want recent runs to shape the starting point, choose your training days and review the first week before you begin.
Choose a race distance, a target time or how long you want to run continuously.
Choose the days you can train. The plan fits the sessions around them.
Recent runs set the opening weeks, so you start from work you have actually done.
The run
Take your iPhone when you want GPS recording, pace and splits. If you run with Apple Watch, Garmin or another app, Exerzio Run can use the workout once it is saved to Apple Health.
Runs from Apple Health can be matched to the plan. Obvious matches are handled for you; the app asks when it is not sure. If you miss a key session, the next decision comes back for review. You can accept it or leave the plan as it is.
Progress
Look back at completed distance, long runs, sessions completed and how easier work sits beside harder days. The five-week view shows what you have done and what is coming.
Exerzio Run shows the proposed change and its reason. Accept it, or keep your week as it is.
Built through real training
The plan, the run itself and the weeks leading to race day should belong together. Exerzio Run started there, and I still use my own training and races to decide what deserves a place in it.
Beyond the run
Strength, shoe mileage, widgets, reminders, sharing and the calculations runners regularly need are built in alongside the plan.
Optional 30-minute sessions on easy days. Follow each exercise, use the built-in timer and save the workout to Apple Health.
Use the zone breakdown to understand effort, set a target and make easier work genuinely easy.
Race-time prediction, pace conversion, splits, grade-adjusted pace and heart-rate zones.
Create route, recap, progress, race and achievement cards. Route cards hide the first and last 250 metres by default.
See the next run, the current phase and the week you have completed at a glance.
Small moments of consistency become visible as the plan moves from an idea into training.
Record and review runs, keep an eye on shoe mileage, send sessions to Apple Watch and back up the plan you have built.
Free and Pro
Use Exerzio Run for unlimited 5K and continuous-running plans. Record runs, work with Apple Health, match completed workouts to the plan and share the result without Pro.

Privacy
Plans, matches, preferences and progress stay in Exerzio Run on your iPhone. Apple Health provides recent runs and stores completed workouts only after you allow access. Exerzio Run does not upload your training data to Exerzio.
