Steps, energy, distance and workouts for the day.
Exerzio for iPhone
Exerzio reads the workouts already saved in Apple Health and draws them on a map of where you have been. Atlas keeps every recorded route on one map. Tiles turns the world into a fixed grid of squares — pass through one during a workout and it is yours.

The map
Exerzio is a map and activity app, not a training-plan app — the plans live in Exerzio Run. Exerzio builds its picture from the workouts and health data you already record, and it does the drawing on your iPhone. Workout routes are pre-rendered into a local pyramid of map tiles, so panning and zooming stays smooth with thousands of workouts.
All of your recorded routes on one map. Move across years of workouts without opening them one by one.
The world as a fixed grid of squares. Pass through one during a workout and it is yours. Chase new tiles, your max square and your max cluster.
Four tabs
The rest of the app is the record that feeds it: the day you are in, the health log behind the workouts, and the history you can look back on.
Steps, energy, distance and workouts for the day.
The health log: sleep, body measurements, hydration and mindfulness.
Workout history and personal records.
Atlas and Tiles. A recording can be started from here.
Recording starts from the map. Exerzio draws the route while you move and saves the workout to Apple Health when you finish. An interrupted recording is preserved and can be finished later.
Pick the workout type and start recording. The route is drawn as you go.
The finished workout and its route are written to Apple Health on the iPhone.
If a recording is stopped early, it is kept and can be finished later.
If two devices wrote the same workout to Apple Health, Exerzio leaves the duplicate out of totals, charts and share cards. Nothing is deleted from Apple Health.
Create Studio
Create Studio builds shareable cards from what you have already recorded — a day, a week, a month, a single workout’s route, or the tiles you have claimed.
A day, a week, a month, a route or your tiles, laid out and ready to export.
The workout share editor lets you move and zoom the map until the route sits the way you want it.
Widgets for today’s progress, weekly trends, training, recent sleep and the atlas engine. Siri shortcuts answer with distances and compass directions.
Dreeve is optional. If you run your own Dreeve server, Exerzio sends the workout types you choose straight from the iPhone to your own instance. The address and the API key are yours; there is no Exerzio relay and no Exerzio copy.
Remote servers must use HTTPS. A server on your local network is reached over HTTP and asks for the iOS Local Network permission the first time. Disconnecting stops all sending. Dreeve in the privacy policy →
Privacy
Exerzio has no account, no Exerzio server, no analytics SDK and no advertising SDK. There is no tracking and no ATT prompt. Health and route data stay between the iPhone and Apple Health.
